Brief introduction:-The North Western Railway invites online applications for the engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 for the year 2023-24. A total of 1646 slots are available in designated trades across Workshops/Units within the North Western Railway jurisdiction. The Railway Recruitment Cell, North Western Railway (RRC/NWR) serves as the nodal agency for this centralized notification, accepting online applications through their official website. Applications for railway apprentice 2024 must be submitted online by the closing date.

Qualification

The candidate must have passed 10th class or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board. And
ITI in the relevant trade under NCVT/SCVT.

Age Limit (as on 10-02-2024)

Minimum Age Limit: 15 Years
Maximum Age Limit: 24 Years
Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates and other as per rules.

Application Fee

For SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Women – Nil
For all other candidates – 100/- (One Hundred Only).
